Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the stuff people ask us most.
Pricing & quotes
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job, but here are real numbers. Most residential window cleaning runs $200–$450. Most gutter cleaning runs $200–$400. Most junk removal jobs run $200–$600. You get an exact price before we start.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Call, text, or fill out the form and we’ll give you a straight price. No hidden fees, no surprises at the end.
What’s the fastest way to get a quote?
Text a photo of the job to (208) 882-5641 with your address. For junk removal especially, a photo is usually all we need to price it.
Do you charge by the hour?
For cleaning and junk removal we price by the job, not the hour. If we work fast, you don’t pay more.
Is there a minimum?
Junk removal has a $200 minimum. If you’ve only got one small item, it may make more sense to wait until you have a few things to haul.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, or credit card.
Scheduling
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few days, depending on the season and the job. We don’t promise same-day service, but if we’re already in your area we’ll tell you. Call or text (208) 882-5641 and we’ll give you a real answer.
When is your busy season?
Fall is peak season for gutters, and November is our busiest month. Late spring and summer are busy for junk hauling, and the end of the month is busy with move-out cleanouts. Booking early gets you in sooner.
Do I need to be home?
For window and gutter cleaning, no. Just tell us about gate codes, dogs, and where to find water. For junk removal, not if everything’s outside or in an open garage. If we need to go inside, someone needs to let us in.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes. We clean windows any time it’s above freezing and not actively snowing, and we do commercial snow removal all winter.
Services
Where do you work?
Moscow, Pullman, Troy, Genesee, Potlatch, Palouse, and the surrounding area. If you’re just outside that, call anyway. Depending on the job size, we can probably work it out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’ve been licensed and insured since 1987.
Do you repair gutters?
No, we clean them. If we spot damage, loose downspouts, or sagging, we’ll tell you and show you pictures so you can call a repair company.
What won’t you haul?
Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, oil, gas, solvents, pesticides), medical waste, and anything illegal. Latah County runs hazardous waste disposal days for the chemical stuff. Most everything else we can take.
Do you offer moving services?
Not anymore — we retired our moving service to focus on cleaning, hauling, and snow removal.
Do you donate stuff that’s still usable?
When we can, yes. Usable furniture and household items go to a donation center instead of the dump.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
All the time. Window and gutter cleaning between tenants, unit cleanouts, and recurring pickups. Ask us about a standing arrangement.
