What We Do
We clear snow for businesses and commercial properties around Moscow and Pullman: parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances. Plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing, plus ice melt if you want it.
We’ve been working on the Palouse since 1987. We know what a winter here does to a parking lot, and we know your customers and employees need to get in the door safely.
When We Come Out
We come out when 1 inch or more of snow has fallen, unless we agree on something different for your property.
If you choose ice melt, we apply it after snowfall or when the overnight low is forecast at 35°F or below.
How Billing Works
You pay for what your site actually needs. A light dusting costs less than a foot of snow. Your exact rates are listed on your estimate.
Snow clearing: hourly, per technician
- Billed in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum per visit.
- Billed time includes drive time to your site and all work on site: plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and applying ice melt.
- If two technicians are working your site, each one’s time is billed.
Ice melt (optional): by the bag
- Priced per 50 lb bag, billed only for what we apply.
- Small applications are billed as a fraction of a bag, starting at 1/10 of a bag.
Getting Started

- We email you an estimate with your rates for the season.
- Accept the estimate. We can’t add your property to our snow route until it’s accepted. This applies every season, including returning customers.
- New customers: we’ll schedule a quick site walk to confirm exactly what gets cleared. Returning customers: we’ll provide the same service as last season unless you tell us about any changes.
Common Questions
Do I need to sign up again every year?
Yes. We need your accepted estimate each season before we can add your property to our snow route, even if you were with us last year. Returning customers get the same service as last season unless you tell us about changes.
What’s the minimum charge for a visit?
15 minutes per visit, which includes drive time. After that, time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Is ice melt required?
No. Ice melt is optional. If you choose it, it’s billed by the bag for only what we apply.
Can we set a different trigger than 1 inch?
Yes. 1 inch is our standard, but we can agree on something different for your property. Just tell us when you request your estimate.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance for your files.
