What We Do

We clean gutters in Moscow, Pullman, and the Palouse. Residential homes, rental properties, small commercial buildings. We clear out the leaves, cottonwood fuzz, pine needles, dirt, whatever’s clogging your gutters.

Most people don’t think about gutters until they’re overflowing or water’s pouring down the side of the house. By then, you’re looking at water damage to your foundation, siding, or landscaping. That’s expensive. Gutter cleaning isn’t.

Why Gutters Matter Here

  • Cottonwoods drop massive amounts of fuzz every spring
  • Pine needles from the surrounding forests
  • Fall leaves from maples and oaks
  • Heavy spring runoff from snowmelt
  • Freeze-thaw cycles that make clogs worse

Your gutters are there to move water away from your house. When they’re clogged, water backs up, overflows, and ends up right where you don’t want it: against your foundation, under your siding, or pooling in your yard.

We’ve seen what happens when gutters get ignored for years. Rotted fascia boards. Foundation cracks. Water in the basement. It’s always more expensive to fix than it would’ve been to just clean the gutters.

How It Works

  1. Call or text (208) 882-5641. We’ll ask about your house, when the gutters were last cleaned, and whether you’ve noticed sagging or overflow.
  2. Get your quote by text or email. No surprises.
  3. We show up and clear everything out. Our own ladders and equipment. We haul all the debris away, so you’re not left with piles of wet leaves.
  4. We tell you what we saw. Damaged gutters, loose downspouts, or fascia damage? We’ll let you know so you can call a repair company.

What It Costs

Most homes in Moscow-Pullman $200–$400

Price depends on:

  • House size (one, two, or three stories)
  • How clogged they are (if it’s been five years, it takes longer)
  • Any hard-to-reach spots

When to Clean Your Gutters

Ideally? Twice a year: once in late fall after the leaves drop, and once in early summer after cottonwood season.

Realistically? A lot of people do it once a year in late fall. That’s fine if you don’t have many trees. If you’re surrounded by cottonwoods or pines, twice a year is smarter.

November is our busiest month because everyone realizes their gutters are full right before winter. If you can book in October or wait until early spring, we’re less slammed and can usually get to you sooner.

Common Questions

Do you repair gutters or just clean them?

Just clean. If we find damage, we’ll tell you what needs fixing, but we don’t do repairs.

What about gutter guards?

Honestly? We don’t recommend them. They usually cost thousands upfront, and every 5–10 years they have to come off so we can clean under them and put them back, which costs double or triple a normal cleaning.

Our recommendation: put screens in your downspouts and get on a regular maintenance plan. You’ll pay $200–$400 a year to keep your gutters clean versus thousands upfront for guards that don’t eliminate the cleaning anyway.

Do you offer gutter inspections?

Yes, free 15-minute gutter inspections any time of year. If your gutters don’t need cleaning, we’ll tell you. We take pictures so you can see what’s actually happening up there.

What if my gutters are sagging or falling off?

That’s a repair issue, not a cleaning issue. We’ll tell you what we see, but you’ll need a gutter company to fix it before we can clean effectively.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. We just need access to the outside of the house. Let us know about gate codes or dogs in the yard.

How high can you go?

Up to three stories with our equipment and insurance. Nothing higher. And we don’t work with toxic people. Life’s too short.

Real Talk

Gutter cleaning is boring maintenance. Nobody gets excited about it. But if you ignore it long enough, it’ll cost you way more later.

We’re not going to oversell you on how often you need it. If your gutters look fine and you don’t have many trees, you can probably skip a year. If they’re overflowing every time it rains, you needed them cleaned yesterday.

Service Area

Moscow, Pullman, Troy, Genesee, and the surrounding Palouse. Outside that range? Call anyway. Depending on the job size, we can probably work it out.

Also need: window cleaning · roof cleaning & moss treatment · storm & yard cleanup
